Booking a cab is easy. Go to our homepage, enter your pickup city, destination, travel date, and preferred pickup time. Select your vehicle from our premium listing (Sedans, SUVs, or Tempo Travellers) and complete the registration/login step. Once confirmed, you can track it under the 'Bookings' tab.
Yes, our outstation booking engine automatically factors in driver allowances, base distance rates, and platform fees. Standard tolls, parking charges, and state permits are generally included in your final fare summary to avoid surprise expenses.
You can cancel your booking up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time with no penalty and receive a full refund. For cancellations within 24 hours of pickup, a nominal fee may apply. You can easily initiate cancellations directly from your 'Bookings' panel.
We dispatch driver coordinates, contact details, and vehicle registration numbers 2 to 4 hours prior to your scheduled pickup time. This will be sent directly to your registered mobile number via SMS or WhatsApp, and will also update in your booking history.
